Welcome to Dokan Lebs. By using this site or buying from it you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.
1. Your account
You can order as a guest, or create an account to follow your orders.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter (name, phone, address). Wrong details may delay or cancel your order.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. If you suspect someone accessed your account, contact us immediately.
We may suspend any account that abuses the site or places fake orders.
2. Products & prices
We try to show accurate photos and descriptions, but colours may differ slightly depending on your screen.
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds. The price that counts is the one at the moment your order is confirmed.
If there is an obvious pricing or stock error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Products are available while stocks last.
3. Orders & payment
Cash on delivery: you pay the courier in cash when the order arrives.
E-wallet / InstaPay: you transfer the amount and upload the receipt; we verify the transfer before confirming the order.
If the transfer cannot be verified the order is rejected and we will contact you.
Promo codes have their own conditions and expiry, and only one code can be used per order.
Receiving an order number means we received your request; final confirmation follows our check of availability and payment.
4. Shipping & delivery
We ship to all Egyptian governorates. Shipping is priced per governorate and shown before you confirm.
Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by things outside our control (courier, holidays, weather).
If the courier finds nobody or the phone is unreachable more than once, the order may be returned and cancelled.
5. Cancellation, exchange & returns
You can cancel from “My Orders” while the order is still “under review” or “confirmed”. Once preparation starts, contact us.
If you receive a wrong or defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will exchange it or refund you.
To be exchanged, the item must be in its original condition, not worn outside, with its box and accessories.
If the fault is ours, we cover the return shipping. If you simply changed your mind, you cover it.
Refunds are issued by the original payment method and may take time depending on your bank or wallet.
6. Your data & privacy
We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: name, phone, address, and email (optional).
Transfer receipts are stored privately and only staff can view them, for payment verification.
We never sell or share your data except with the courier (to deliver) and the service providers running the site.
We never store any card details on this site.
